64% With sodium hydroxide; In tetrahydrofuran; at 20℃; for 6h;Cooling with ice; AHPA(1,1.95g, 10.0mmol)Dissolved in a mixed solution of 100 mL of tetrahydrofuran and 1 mol/L of sodium hydroxide,Benzyloxycarbonyl chloride (1.88 g, 11.0 mmol) was added dropwise under ice bath.After reacting at room temperature for 6 hours, the tetrahydrofuran in the reaction solution was distilled off.The aqueous phase was adjusted to pH 1 with 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid, and extracted with ethyl acetate three times.The organic phases were combined and dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate.Evaporation of the solvent to give a white solid 2(2.11g, 64%).
