Home Life Science Biochemical reagents Cross-Linking Agents Photoreactive Crosslinker
Some functional groups of photoreactive cross-linkers can react with target molecules under ultraviolet(UV)induction. For example, photoreactive groups like azides, benzophenone, and others are easily decomposed under UV irradiation, generating highly reactive intermediates. This, in turn, leads to the formation of covalent bonds with adjacent molecules.
