90% With tetrakis(triphenylphosphine) palladium(0); potassium carbonate; In ethanol; water; toluene; at 90℃; for 16h;Inert atmosphere; Replace the reaction vessel with nitrogen, and add intermediate G-2 (34.2 mmol, 14.7 g), H-2 (28.5 mmol, 5.9 g) and potassium carbonate (11.8 g) as raw materials, and the reaction vessel was replaced with nitrogen. Toluene (300 mL), ethanol (150 mL), and water (150 mL) were added under a nitrogen atmosphere. The reactor was replaced with nitrogen and stirred well. Tetrakis (triphenylphosphine) palladium (0.3g) was added under a nitrogen atmosphere, and the reaction was performed at 90 C for 16h. Cool to room temperature, the organic phase was separated and the aqueous phase was extracted with dichloromethane (200 mL). The liquid phase was combined with the organic phase. Dry over anhydrous sodium sulfate, filter, concentrate to 50mL, and pour into 50mL methanol a solid was obtained by suction filtration. Dissolve the solid in dichloromethane, add silica gel, concentrated and dried, using a mixed solvent of dichloromethane and petroleum ether as the eluent,12 g of solid intermediate I-2 was obtained by column chromatography (yield 90%), HPLC showed a purity of 99.9%.
