32% With dmap; 1-ethyl-(3-(3-dimethylamino)propyl)-carbodiimide hydrochloride; In dichloromethane; at 20℃; for 5h;Inert atmosphere; Under the protection of nitrogen,Add compound 12 (29.7 g, 153.69 mmol) to a 1 L three-necked flask andDichloromethanea mixed solution of (300 mL),Then add 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (36.9g, 192.49mmol),4,4-dimethylaminopyridine(1.56g, 12.77mmol),Compound 11 (25 g, 128.06 mmol).The solution was stirred at 20 C for 5 hours, after the reaction was over,Diluted with 300 mL of dichloromethane.The reaction mixture was washed twice with 500 mL of a saturated aqueous solution of sodium carbonate.Wash once with 500 mL of water and wash once with 500 mL of saturated sodium chloride solution.The organic phase was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtered and evaporated.The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography(ethyl acetate: petroleum ether = 1:5),The obtained crude product was purified again by Flash-Prep-HPLC.Petroleum ether (containing 0.1% triethylamine) /Ethyl acetate (containing 0.1% triethylamine) = 35:65,Increase the polarity to ethyl acetate (containing 0.1% triethylamine),Yellow compound 13 was obtained (yield 32%, 15 g).
