The organic extracts were dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and the solvent was concentrated under reduced pressure. 670 mg (2.7 mmol, spiro [3,3] heptane-2-carboxylic acid : 81.8%) of the compound represented by the formula (10) was obtained.
