97% With (1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene)palladium(II) dichloride; potassium carbonate; In 1,4-dioxane; water; at 90℃; for 2h;Inert atmosphere; 2-Bromo-6-methylaniline (9.0 g, 48.3 mmol),Phenylboronic acid (6.5g, 53.2mmol) and K2CO3 (13.3g, 96.6mmol) were dispersed in 1,4-dioxane/water (80mL/15mL), and after replacing nitrogen, Pd(dppf)Cl2 (1.8g, 2.4 mmol), after replacing the nitrogen three times, the reaction was heated to 90 C for 2 hours.After the reaction was cooled to room temperature, the reaction system was poured into water and extracted with EA three times.The organic layer was combined, washed with saturated brine and dried over anhydrous Na?The crude product obtained after concentration was purified by column chromatography (PE/EA=20/1) to give the title compound (8.5 g, yield: 97%) as a brown solid.
