Kenpaullone is an ATP-competitive inhibitor of CDK1/cyclin B (IC50 = 0.4 µM), CDK2/cyclin A (IC50 = 0.68 µM), CDK5/p25 (IC50 = 0.85 µM), lymphocyte kinase (IC50 = 0.47 µM) , and GSK-3β (C50 = 0.23 μM).
