55% With triethylamine; In tetrahydrofuran; at 0 - 20℃; for 16h; To a solution of Compound (g-2) (0.20 g, 1.1 mmol) and triethylamine (0.31 g, 3.2 mmol) in THF (15 mL) was added p-toluenesulfonyl chloride (0.30 g, 1.6 mmol) at 0 C. over 10 minutes, and then the reaction mixture was stirred at at room temperature 16 hours. The solvent was removed in vacuo, and the residue was purified by preparative TLC (pentane:ethyl acetate=4:1) to give Compound (h-1) (0.20 g, 55% yield). (1098) 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) delta: 7.71 (d, J=8.2 Hz, 2H), 7.27 (d, J=8.2 Hz, 2H), 4.07-4.05 (m, 2H), 3.55-3.54 (m, 4H), 2.39-2.33 (m, 5H), 1.36 (s, 9H).
