After the reaction, cool to room temperature.The reaction solution was slowly dropped into a stirred saturated saline solution, and filtered to give a solid.It was redissolved in dichloromethane, washed with water three times, and the organic phase was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate.concentrate. Separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography.The mobile phase was petroleum ether/dichloromethane = 3/2. Finally, both Br-C5 and Br-C7 were obtained as white solids, respectively 1.60 g, 5.66 g.
