YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
Ethyl 3,5-diamino-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylate (9.2 mmol, 1.0 eq) was dissolved in N,N-dimethyl formamide (20 mL) and cesium carbonate (1.5 eq), and [1001-26-9]ethyl 3-ethoxyacrylate (1.5 eq) were added. The reaction was heated to 110° C. for 16 h. The mixture was cooled. Acetic acid (1.2 mL) was added, followed by 90 mL of water. The mixture was stirred until a solid formed, which was collected by filtration, and washed with excess water to provide compound 124.
