YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
1.8 kg 4 L of freshly distilled tetrahydrofuran was added to a 50 L autoclave,1. 9 Kg of 4-bromopyrazole compound (12) was added, followed by the dropwise addition of 10 L of isopropylmagnesium chloride solution (3. 0 M). And the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 12 hours.After completion of the reaction by TLC, 3L of a tetrahydrofuran solution of 1.2 Kg of boronic acid pinacol ester (22) was added dropwise.After completion of the dropwise addition, stirring was continued for 12 hours.The reaction was complete by TLC and quenched with saturated aqueous ammonium chloride. The organic layer was washed with saturated aqueous sodium hydrogencarbonate, washed with water and concentrated to give a solid1. 8 Kg.
