YieldReaction ConditionsOperation in experiment
91% In 1-methyl-pyrrolidin-2-one; at 140℃; for 120.0h;Inert atmosphere; PREPARATION x3: 6-Bromo-5-methyl-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2(3H)-one [0152] 5-Bromo-6-methylpyridine-2,3-diamine (0.930 g, 4.60 mmol) and urea (0.912 g, 15.19 mmol) in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (8 mL) were heated at 140°C under nitrogen for 5 days. The mixture was subsequently diluted with water. The resulting precipitate was collected by filtration, washed with water, and dried in vacuum oven at 60°C to give the title compound as a tan solid, which was used without further purification (0.955 g, 91 percent).
