Home Life Science Molecular Biology Gene Cloning
Gene cloning is the production of the target gene from the tissue, organ or cell of the organism or the artificial synthesis of the target gene, splicing the target gene and the DNA of the vector, so that the recombinant molecule is introduced into the recipient cells, screening and asexual reproduction. Gene cloning can be summarized as dividing, cutting, connecting, transferring and selecting. The ultimate goal is to introduce the target gene into the host cell by corresponding technical means, and the target gene is duplicated in the host cell in large quantities.
