With sodium hydride; In N,N-dimethyl-formamide; at 20℃; for 1.0h; To a solution of N-methylbiphenyl-4-amine (22.9 mg, 0.125 mmol) in DMF (0.62 mL) were added <strong>[129112-65-8]2,4-dichloro-7-nitroquinazoline</strong> (30.5 mg, 0.125 mmol) and sodium hydride (3 mg, 0.125 mmol), and the mixture was stirred for 1 h at RT. The reaction mixture was diluted with AcOEt, and washed successively with water and brine, and dried with Na2SO4. The organic layer was concentrated in vacuo. The residue was used for the next step without further purification. LCMS(m/z) 391.18 [M+H]+.
